Our Team:
Lynne Rittenhouse, M.S., Assessment and Coaching Leader, holds an M.S. from West Chester
University.  Lynne contributes her talents as a coach and assessor across all three CPRC
divisions.  Lynne’s 19 years of experience, including an Instructorship with Villanova University,
have helped her hone her skills for workgroup, team and individual development situations.  She
leads CPRC’s Educational Enrichment division and customizes workshops for companies and
professional associations in areas such as time management, positive assertiveness, workplace
substance abuse prevention, time management, work-life balance, positive self-image and family
dynamics in the work environment among others.

Anita H. Holland, M.Ed., Behavioral Consultant, is a needs assessment specialist.  She has
spent over 20 years designing and installing productivity enhancement programs in the
pharmaceutical, sales, telecommunications and educational industries.  Anita is a graduate of the
Pennsylvania State University where she focused her studies on Instructional Systems and Human
Performance Technology.  She is an active member of both the American Psychological
Association (APA) and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA).


Simone Gorko, M.S., a Business Psychologist and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania,
has been delivering individual and team coaching since 1985.  A specialist in critical incident and
stress management, Simone has worked with healthcare, transportation, hospitality and
educational organizations both preparing “pre-incident plans” and responding to traumatic
events.  Simone is the Chair for the Pennsylvania Psychological Association’s (PPA) Disaster
Response Network, an active participant with the American Red Cross, and a board member of the
Critical Incident Stress Management Committee of the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services
Council.  In these capacities, she has responded to 9/11, the Philadelphia Pier collapse and
hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  Simone is also a very active member of the PPA’s Business and
Psychology Partnership Committee.

Diane H. McQueen, M.E., NCC, LPC, CSAC, Counselor, is a graduate of the
University of Virginia’s Clinical Counseling program, and brings over 10 years of life coaching
experience to CPRC.  She currently contributes to CPRC’s Clinical and Educational Divisions and
spearheads our Community Assessment Program.
In order to provide the most comprehensive services to the region through our Life Coaching
Division
, CPRC has partnered with the team of Innovative Counseling Associates (ICA).  The
two key CPRC-ICA liaisons are:

Kathy Walters, M.S., Coaching Specialist, delivers high quality personal development
solutions in both the Business Solution and Clinical Advantage divisions.  She has a B.A. in
Psychology from Bucknell University and completed her graduate studies at the University of
Pennsylvania with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology.  A partner of Innovative Counseling
Associates, Kathy has over 25 years of coaching and counseling experience helping people
navigate through a wide variety of life and business situations.  Over the years, Kathy has built a
niche specialty within private and public educational settings.  Complementing her varied
experience, Kathy is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified employee
assistance professional (CEAP).

David Hildebrand, B.A., C.E.A.P., Coaching Specialist, is a graduate of Millersville University
and founding partner of Innovative Counseling Associates.  Dave has been providing individual
coaching for over 25 years.  Since 1987, he has delivered employee assistance counseling for
individual contributors and executives in a wide variety of businesses across multiple industries.  
Dave has also specialized in critical incident stress management.  He has served as President of
the Pottstown Chapter Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and is an active member
of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).  In 2005, Dave was honored with
the Howard O. Beaver Award by the Caron Foundation.

                                            Ross S. DeSimone, M.A. is the Managing Director for the
                                            Corporate Psychological Resource Center (CPRC) in Royersford,
                                            Pennsylvania, and has been providing executive assessment,
                                            coaching and organizational development interventions
                                            internationally since 1985.  Ross and his team aim to enhance
                                            the performance of an organization and its members.  A licensed
                                            psychologist, and graduate of the Pennsylvania State University
                                            and Temple University, Ross’ work  has been cited in

University and is an adjunct professor with Widener University’s Institute for Graduate
Psychology.  Ross is the Chair for the Pennsylvania Psychological Association’s Business and
Psychology Partnership Committee, and serves as Pennsylvania’s Business Of Partnership
Network representative for the American Psychological Association.
